BONE TO STONE : Evening Performance

£10.00

Saturday 30 August

4:30pm

An immersive look at the process of fossilisation. Employing the arts of sculpture, music, voice and dance to explore the qualities of clay, flint & chalk, unearth unstable minerals & trespass into the hidden cavities of our natural coastline.

This is an interactive showcase event that encourages people to engage with the way that local fossils, clay and rocks have been formed over immense periods of time.

As part of Fat Lady Opera's S:WASH/D:RIFT project, we have been working with artists, performers, geomorphologists and local communities to explore our local coastline to share responses to these questions and many more, and in the process discover truths about our appetite for a shifting landscape. Featuring new choral and choreographic works. The event will feature work by Jacob

Bride, Sarah Booth, MCDC, as well as members of the local community.
