Inspired by Rubiane Maia's exhibition at kollectiv, this workshop will weave reactions into writing about mothers, motherhood & Mother Earth
Taking inspiration from Rubiane Maia’s exhibition at kollectiv, this writing workshop will collect reactions and impressions as words and phrases to weave into poems and stories reflecting our complex relationships with mothers, motherhood and Mother Earth.
Using easy and accessible writing exercises, we’ll reflect and transform images, feelings and inspiration from Rubiane Maia’s exhibition at kollectiv into words and phrases. Then we’ll weave these into individual and collective poems and stories exploring the themes of mothers, motherhood and Mother Earth. An accessible, inclusive workshop suitable for those starting creative writing as well as experienced writers.
