After their sell-out visit last year performing a wonderful programme of Weimar songs, Sarah Gabriel and Steve Dummer are back joined this year by Stevie Higgins to delight us with some American classics. Just as last year, Sarah will talk us through the songs, with both poignancy and humour. So there will be plenty of laughs and maybe a tear or two, but all will be presented through superb musicianship.
Personally, this is a real treat for me as Sarah and Steve are old friends and I am delighted and honoured that they - and Stevie - are coming back to kollectiv and Folkestone on my birthday again - Andrew Ward
