is a highly interactive 90 minute workshop that reveals hidden personal leadership strengths and traits to individuals with an understanding of how to deliver high performance teamwork immediately in their own work environment.
This leads to a 90 minute High Impact Teamwork workshop followed by a final 90 minute session looking at the frameworks that shape effective leadership appropriate to the demand of any moment or environment.
Richard Kemp is a leadership development expert with over 40 years career and consultancy experience of delivering organisational transformation, innovation and sustainable impact at local to global level. Richard has delivered leadership development internationally to NGOs such as Greenpeace, Transparency and Amnesty, was Director of Leadership programs at Henley Business School and the CEO Program of the Sultanate of Oman.
